Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix salad dressing, soup mix and preserves.
    Arrange chicken, which has been skinned and patted dry, in a large Pyrex dish or baking pan.
    Spoon sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
