Granny Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nutmeats
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. canned milk
1 stick oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together; set aside.
Beat eggs; add pineapple, then dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9 x 12-inch pan which has been greased and floured.
Mix brown sugar and nutmeats together; sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
