Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick oleo
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 bags microwave popcorn
Preparation

Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil on High heat for 2 minutes.
Add soda; pour over popped popcorn.
Shake well in a brown paper bag.
Microwave on High at 1 minute intervals for a total of 3 minutes, shaking between minutes.
