Bev Perrin'S Bootlegger Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bacon strips, fried
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 can pork and beans
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Dice bacon.
    When bacon is half done, add onion.
    Cook until onion is slightly browned.
    Pour off most of bacon grease.
    Add pork and beans, brown sugar, vinegar and catsup.
    Stir well and cover.
    Let simmer at least 30 minutes (the longer, the better) or bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
