Milkless Super Energy Drink - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lecithin (granular)
    1 banana, peeled
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. water
    2 ice cubes
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients in a blender.
    Cover and blend on high speed until all ice has been chopped.
    Yield: 1 or 2 servings.
