Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch circular slices
1 tsp. salt
water to cover
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Place carrots in pot with salt and water.
Bring to boil; cover.
Reduce to low heat and cook until fork can be easily inserted.
Remove; drain.
Pour into serving bowl.
Pour melted butter or margarine over carrots and sprinkle with sugar.
