Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. unsalted popped corn
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Karo syrup
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Put corn into 2 brown paper grocery bags (1 inside the other). Boil together in microwave for 2 minutes the brown sugar, Karo syrup and margarine.
    Remove from microwave.
    Stir in baking soda. Pour over popped corn.
    Mix well.
    Fold open ends of bags over. Microwave on High 4 1/2 minutes, removing after 1 minute each time and shaking well.
    Pour out onto waxed paper to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
