Favorite Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (32 oz.) bottles ketchup
1 (16 oz.) bottle medium hot chunky salsa sauce
1/3 c. jalapeno hot mustard
1 Tbsp. regular mustard
1 1/2 c. finely packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
1 1/2 c. red wine
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. grape jelly
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 (6 oz.) can beer
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the garlic.
Mix well.
Pour into jars to store.
This can stay in the refrigerator for several weeks or can be frozen.
One hour before using the sauce, add garlic.
