Rice-A-Roni Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. beef Rice-a-Roni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine Rice-a-Roni with ground beef and egg.
    Shape into meatballs (approximately 20).
    Brown on all sides in skillet. Combine beef seasoning packet with hot water.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes; thicken gravy if desired.
