Crab Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
2 Tbsp. J.O. Spice #1
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
1/2 c. Crisco oil
Preparation

In mixing bowl, add salad dressing, mustard, eggs and spice. Add oil to skillet on medium heat.
Then add crabmeat and bread crumbs to mixing bowl and fold until well mixed.
With wet hands, shape mixture into balls and cook until golden brown.
Makes approximately 20 crab balls.
