Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/3 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg, as desired
Preparation
    Combine eggs, honey and salt.
    Stir in the milk gradually. Add vanilla.
    Pour into custard cups.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Set cups in a pan of hot water.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 (slow oven) 30 to 40 minutes or until the tip of a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
