Baked Whole Red Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red snapper (about 3 lb.)
    2 bay leaves
    3 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 c. red pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. dry thyme
    3 to 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    juice from 1 lemon
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Have head and fins removed from fish.
    Crumble bay leaves and place inside of cavity.
    Place fish in lightly greased lined baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over fish.
    Bake uncovered in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes, basting often with sauce until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
