Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 c. cracker crumbs or what is needed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut meat into desired sizes.
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Dip meat into egg and milk mixture; roll in cracker crumbs (press crackers on).
    Fry in Crisco oil.
