Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
5 to 6 Tbsp. water
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix together; roll out for size pie you are making.
Makes two 9-inch pie crusts.
