Ginger Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 heaping Tbsp. ginger
    1 c. strong coffee
    2 heaping tsp. soda
    8 c. flour (makes a stiff dough)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil and sugar and mix well.
    Add syrup and salt.
    Mix 1 heaping teaspoon soda to 1/2 cup hot coffee.
    Add remaining soda to remaining coffee; add to liquids, add ginger, then flour.
    May be rolled and cut, dropped and lightly patted down; or pinched off and patted out.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Do not overcook.
    Approximately 3 dozen large cookies.
