Mrs. Snow'S Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms, chopped fine
1/2 c. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. light cream
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion salt
1 1/2 loaves bread
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
Let cool.
Add flour and blend well.
Add salt.
Stir in cream, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and onion salt.
Take crust off bread and roll slices thin.
Then spread mixture on each slice of bread and roll like a jelly roll.
Freeze slightly; cut into thirds.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
