Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cooked and deboned
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix chicken, sour cream and soup.
    Salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter. Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.
    May be made ahead, but don't put the crumbs on until time to bake.
