Ingredients

1 white cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1 can sweetened milk

Preparation

Mix top 3 ingredients with a fork. Keep out 1/2 of the crumbs. Pat rest of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 dish.
