Migas Rancheras - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    Wesson oil
    4 canned tomatoes, chopped
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 to 3 peppers (jalapeno or chili), diced
    30 oz. refried beans
    8 oz. chorizo, chopped (Mexican sausage)
Preparation
    Tear or cut corn tortillas into 1-inch pieces.
    Cover bottom of skillet with oil.
    Fry tortillas in oil over high heat.
    Add tomatoes to skillet.
    Stir in chopped onion and 2 to 3 jalapeno or chili peppers, diced.
    Simmer until tender.
