Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, mixed according to directions
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Divide cake mix in half; to one half of the cake mix, add 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/2 can of milk.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
