Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Place in container for ice cream mixer, then add whole milk up to fill line.
    Freeze according to freezer directions.
