Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
    3 c. broccoli
    1 chunk Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 to 8 slices bread
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
    Season as desired. Brown in skillet.
    Break bread into small pieces; soak in melted butter and set aside.
    Mix cream of chicken soup and 3/4 cup mayonnaise in a bowl.
    Layer chicken pieces in the bottom of a casserole dish.
    Add a layer of broccoli and a layer of mayonnaise mixture.
    Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
