Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir together flour, salt and baking powder.
    In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugar and peanut butter.
    Add eggs.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add sifted ingredients alternating with milk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
