Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado
1/2 medium tomato
1/2 small onion
1 hot chili pepper (canned), more if desired
1 Tbsp. hot or mild taco sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cut avocado in half, remove seed, take from shell and place in blender.
Put in all other ingredients.
(Tomato and onion may need to be cut up some.)
Process on high speed until smooth.
