Tuna Flake Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Post Grape-Nuts flakes, crushed
    2/3 c. milk
    2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
    1/3 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine cereal and milk in a bowl; let stand 10 minutes, then add tuna, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir in eggs.
    Pour into well-greased, aluminum foil lined 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Serve with cheese or mustard sauce.
    Makes 6 servings.
