Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
6 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
Preparation

Make white sauce of first five ingredients (shredded cheese may be added to sauce).
Place half of the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover with half the onion and then half the sauce. Repeat the layers.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
