Nut Bar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, then add flour and beat as lightly as possible to mix well.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Grease 10 x 18-inch pan with Pam.
    Pour mixture into pan and cook in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Take out of oven and place on a wet dish towel and let cool completely.
    Cut in squares and serve.
