Carrot Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. carrots, cooked and mashed
    1 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Combine all ingredients including egg yolks.
    Pour into a buttered ring mold.
    Set mold in pan of hot water.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Unmold and fill center with green peas or vegetable of your choice.
