Peanut Butter Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. scalded milk
2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. peanut butter
2 (5 oz.) bars Nestle milk chocolate
Preparation

Cream well the eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
Add scalded milk and butter.
Mix well.
Pour into greased pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Immediately spread with peanut butter.
Cool in refrigerator until peanut butter is firm.
Melt chocolate and spread over peanut butter.
