Tex Mex(A Crowd Pleaser At St. Peter'S St. Patrick'S Day Open!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) bean dip
    2 avocados
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    6 oz. black olives, chopped
    2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Mash avocados, salt and lemon juice; set aside.
    Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix; set aside.
    Layer bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, green onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
    Serve with taco chips.
    Makes an 8 x 11-inch pan of dip!
