Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. Pillsbury's Best all-purpose or unbleached flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, heat water and margarine to boiling.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture leaves sides of pan in smooth compact ball, about 2 minutes, stirring vigorously.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating vigorously after each until mixture is smooth and glossy.
    Do not underbeat.
