Glorified Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sauerkraut, drained
    2 or 3 small onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomatoes, chopped, but not drained
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Saute the butter, onions, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Combine with the sauerkraut and tomatoes in a casserole and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    May be prepared a day or so in advance of serving, then reheated.
