Creamed Peas And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium red potatoes, cut in small cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with water and cook until tender. Cook peas according to package directions, adding sugar.
