V. I. P. Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. carrots
    water (enough to cover)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water and salt until tender.
    Drain and add butter, sugar and orange juice.
    Heat thoroughly and simmer 5 minutes.
