Cool Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 white potatoes, cubed
    2 large tomatoes
    1 cucumber
    1 zucchini
    1 can small pitted black olives
    salt and pepper
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    olive oil
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    (Do not let them get too soft.) Meanwhile, slice tomatoes in wedges.
    Cube the cucumber.
    Steam the zucchini until tender.
    When the potatoes are done, let them cool; then add all the vegetables and olives to potatoes.
    Mix and add seasoning as desired.
    Chill.
    Mix with olive oil before serving.
