Pork Chops And Rice(Serves Four) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 slices tomato
    4 slices onion
    4 slices green bell pepper
    rice
    chicken or beef broth
Preparation
    Put pork chops in a pan just large enough for pork chops to touch.
    Put a slice of pepper, onion and tomato on each chop. Pour rice around the chops to same height as chops.
    Add broth to cover all (1-inch).
    Cover and bake until rice is done.
    If rice is too dry, add more broth.
