Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except tomato sauce. Form into 10 or 12-inch balls. Brown in an uncovered saucepan in 3 teaspoons of fat. Drain excess fat and add tomato sauce and 1 cup of water; cover tightly. Simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
