Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 pork chops (loin best)
6 or 7 good size potatoes
1 or 2 chopped onions
1 c. milk or water (either may be used)
Preparation

Slice your potatoes as for scalloped potatoes.
Put a layer of potatoes and a layer of chops; dust with salt and pepper and sprinkle on chopped onions.
Continue until all is used.
(End with potatoes on top.)
Pour on the milk or water.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover during the last 10 minutes to brown.
