Fritter Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Beat together the eggs and milk.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to egg mixture and then add melted margarine.
Use for clams, hot dogs, miscellaneous seafood or fruit.
Cook items in deep fat at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
