Ball Of Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, very well drained
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) each cream cheese
    1 box instant French vanilla pudding
    1 box cinnamon graham crackers
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail overnight.
    Pat dry again with a paper towel.
    Mix pudding and cream cheese with an electric mixer.
    Mix with hands into fruit cocktail.
    Form into ball shape; place onto waxed paper in freezer just long enough for the ball to hold its shape.
    Roll ball over chopped pecans.
    At Christmastime, add extra red and green cherries.
    Serves 15 people.
