Turkey Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey carcass
    10 c. water
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1/2 c. chickpeas
    1/2 c. lima beans
    1 Tbsp. sage
    salt
    pepper
    2/3 c. barley
Preparation
    In large stock pot, combine all ingredients.
    Cook at a slow boil for 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove bones from soup.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese.
