Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. oil
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
2 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and bake in greased and floured tube or Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
