Cheese Cake Diamonds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream the butter and brown sugar.
Add flour and nuts.
Mix well; set aside 1 cup of mixture for topping.
Press remainder in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool.
Chill.
Cut into diamond squares.
Makes 16 bar-cookies.
