Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 c. green onions
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 c. cheese
    oil
Preparation
    Chop onions and brown in oil.
    Add salt, pepper and broth. Bring to a boil and add rice.
    Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes and add chicken.
    Heat and sprinkle with cheese.
    Serves 4.
