Beef Stroganoff(From Betty Crocker) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sirloin steak (1/2-inch)
    2 tsp. margarine (lite)
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    1 medium onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
    1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour or 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sour cream (fat free)
    3/4 c. hot cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat across the grain into 1/2-inch strips, about 1 1/2-inches long.
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add mushrooms and onion.
    Cook until tender and remove.
    Brown meat in same skillet.
