Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean cut of meat
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice lean meat in 1/4-inch slices.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place in oven, draped over bar.
    Put a cookie sheet under to catch drips.
    Bake at 120\u00b0 for 8 hours; leave door open 1-inch.
