Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and juice.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into casserole.
    Butter crumbs and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until browned.
