Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (not drained)
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1 can white Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1/2 large bottle Wish-Bone Italian dressing
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. But it's still good even if you can't wait that long! Serve with tortilla chips. Makes a BIG bowl of dip!
