Chicken Diable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer or chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces; pat dry.
    Remove skin if you wish.
    Melt margarine in shallow baking dish.
    Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in this mixture to coat both sides, then arrange meaty side up in a single layer in the same pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender and richly glazed.
