Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; keep 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine juice, sugar and flour.
    Add cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix well. Combine margarine and cracker crumbs.
    Spoon over pineapple mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
